The econometric framework utilizes Granger Causality Test, Kaitz Index, Impulse-Response Functions and VAR Analysis. The purpose of this paper is to determine the presence and direction of any relationshipbetween minimum wage and female employment in Turkey. The findings indicate no significant relationship between minimum wage and female employment in Turkey.
