The Role of Family in School Success

Abstract
Children’s establishing healthy communications is related closely with the healthy relations established between parents. At times when parents are cross with each other, no close relations can be established with children. Because the tension faced is also reflected in children in one way or another. Children follow all the events happening around them closely. In this respect, parents should pay extreme attention to their attitudes towards each other. Because children can imitate any kind of positive or negative behaviors of their parents according to their own wills through observations. In this context, beingmodel parents for children are very important. Parents should teach their children to communicate with other individuals to enable them to establish healthier relations in the society. This is a prerequisite. Another important condition in teaching communication is the way of communication which parents establish with their children. Children feel that this communication is important, and take it as an example.
