Research on the Mutual Support Endowment Mode of Urban Community in China

Abstract
With the advance of aging population pressure and the service function of the traditional family endowment, organization endowment and community endowment weakened increasingly, the challenge of existing pension problem with aging becoming serious increasingly. On the basis of community endowment service, the mutual support endowment (the younger elderly+ the older elderly) is based on community, it can switching roles of the major problem producer to problem-solvers, and the advantage will be striking. This paper analysis the present situation of the mutual support endowment, trying to explore the mutual endowment of community endowment service system to adapt under the social support system, discuss three aspects is that theory research, organization management and practice, set up for the old mutual theoretical framework of urban community elderly and hope to benefit the goal of the mutual support endowment.
