Small and medium-sized enterprise is promoting national economy development, the structure of the market
economy the main body, social stability foundation strength. In this paper, based on the actual management status
of small and medium-sized enterprises and the importance of human resource management, and to explore from
the perspective of human resource outsourcing is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprise development
model of human resource.
