Impacts of the Emotional Intelligence in the Suez Canal Authority (SCA) and Job Satisfactions

Abstract
This study aimed at investigates the labor's emotional intelligence and their job satisfaction in the Suez Canal Authority (SCA), determine the level of emotional intelligence and the job satisfaction in this company. The questionnaire that is developed and distributed to 350 employees, (314) questionnaire were suitable for the analysis. The results showed that employees‟ emotional intelligence was positively correlated with job satisfaction and there was a significant relationship between the labor's emotional intelligence and their job satisfaction in the Suez Canal Authority (SCA). This result is along with other studies.
