Abstract
This paper builds the grey model base on the relevant data, forecasts Shanghai service outsourcing employees'
demand by the application of the model, and put forward the countermeasures to realize the objective of
prediction, at the same time provides the countermeasures and suggestions for Shanghai's service outsourcing
talents-training.
