Research on the High-Quality Development Path of Shaanxi under the Background of a New Era

Abstract
High-quality development is the theme and requirement of China's economic and social development in the 14th Five-Year Plan and the more extended period. This paper analyses the basis and advantages of Shaanxi's high-quality development, and argues for the need to further promote high-quality development in Shaanxi Province from four aspects: the new development concept, the economic development situation, the construction of a modern state, and the new pattern of regional development. It puts forward measures and suggestions to promote Shaanxi to form a new pattern of wide opening up, expand a new space for scientific development and accelerate building a strong cultural province.
