Talent Management Approaches for Restructuring: A Case of Non-Governmental Organizations in Kenya

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the talent management approaches applied by restructuring Non-
Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in Kenya. The study used the descriptive research design. The target
population was 184 Human Resource Managers of NGOs. Random sampling was used to draw a sample of 55
respondents. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire, analyzed using the SPSS tool and interpreted
using frequencies and percentages.
