The Study of Port Everglades Business Model and the Enlightenment to Shanghai Port

Abstract
This paper introduces the construction, operating status of Port Everglades and analysis its strategic business model, such as “three-legged stool” model, the landlord port management model, “green port” model, technologic operating model and multi- ports cooperation model. Combined with the situation of Wusongkou international cruise port in Shanghai, put forwards some suggestions, for example, constructing the “ladder” development model, improving infrastructure and facilities construction, specifying landlord port management model, creating “green port”, using information technology to improve operational efficiency and strengthening port cooperation.
